MEET
DR. JUBRAN
Whether we are navigating conflict with a partner, anxiety about the future, family stress, burnout, or questions about identity and belonging, our emotional wellbeing does not exist in isolation. I approach therapy and psychological work with the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel both understood and empowered.

My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches while remaining deeply relational, culturally aware, and tailored to the unique context each person brings into the room. Therapy is one part of my work. Through research, teaching, consultation, and writing, I explore the ways relationships shape who we are.
